Why should I use the TRX?
The TRX is the most effective, comprehensive piece of training equipment I’ve encountered in recent years.
The TRX is extremely efficient because you can get a complete workout in 20-30 minutes. And it's
fun. I've used with people who "hate exercise," and they even enjoy using it.

the top fitness professionals in the industry, I can tell you that the TRX is the first exercise equipment to
actually suit all people of all fitness levels, is portable, and can be used almost anywhere.
Where can I use it?
Almost anywhere! It's design makes it easy to set-up, take down, and transport. It
weighs 1.7 pounds and in the nylon carry bag is about the size of a shoe. I always travel with my TRX
and have used it at the beach, in parks, in hotel rooms, in gyms, and at home. It is easily anchored
over pull-up bars, monkey bars, around a tree, over a door, around fence posts, or on a
squat rack. I've even anchored it to my car! But, be careful. Once you have a TRX,
you will no longer have an excuse for missing a workout because you couldn't get to a gym or have no access to
equipment.
Who can use it?
ANYONE at ANY LEVEL can train on the TRX. Since your own body
weight and the forces of gravity create our resistance, the intensity of a workout is easily adjustable by changing
the angle of the body relative to the TRX. Therefore, the TRX is extremely appropriate for all ages and
abilities despite the dominance of exercise images on the company website toward more advanced
movements.
