Jonathan has taught me how to balance cardio with weight lifting to get the most benefit out of both. I
realized that I had been lifting the same weights for years. My body was always in a state of maintaining and not
gaining.
Now I am consistently making progress. Jonathan guides me to work towards my fitness goals,
to expect progress not perfection. His knowledge and dedication to his clients is exceptional!
His training guidance keeps me fit throughout the year - whether I'm training for skiing, general
fitness, or simply trying to stay consistent with my workouts while traveling.

Nicholas, had a right hemiparesis (stroke) as an infant, leaving his fine and gross motor skills
severely limited on his right side.
With a regimen of innovative exercises, positive reinforcement, encouragement, and complete
confidence, Jonathan has instilled a ‘can-do’ attitude in Nick.
The most telling result of the positive impact the training program has had on Nick so far is in
his handshake – Nick is proud to extend his right hand now!

Eight years ago I weighed 380 pounds. By making behavior changes I have been successful in
losing 231 pounds.
I began my fitness journey by making better nutrition choices and walking. Since I was never
one to enjoy exercise much, I invested in a personal trainer.
